Excavation of basement and garage sites are properly graded for concrete footings and slabs. Gravel, water and compaction are done in 6in to 18in lifts. We install certified septic systems with proper compaction and drainage. All systems are landscaped. Water tank installation is available. We run water lines with no joints for less chance of leaks. All lines are heat taped and insulated. We take great pride in our final grade and landscape.
